Refund policy

Items purchased online can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase.

Items must be in their original condition, as unworn, washed, or damaged, with tags attached. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns.

You can exchange items purchased online if you are unsatisfied with your purchase.

Please contact us via email at info@chaudiere.co. We will provide you with a shipping label.

Once we receive your item, you will get refunded via gift card.
